arah and Gordon were married at the Harvard Faculty Club in Cambridge on the grounds of their alma mater, Harvard University. I arrived at Harvard Faculty Club where both the bride and groom were getting ready and was instantly inspired by the historic beauty that defines one of the most prestigious Universities in the country. The day began with hair and makeup and the execution of Sarah's fine-tuned details, from the elegant jewelry to the simplistic beauty of her gown, blended sensationally with the old-world class and sophistication that is distinctly Harvard. We made our way to Harvard Yard for the first look before meeting up with their bridal party for portraits on the steps of the Widener Library, which served as a gorgeous backdrop for portraits. The ceremony took place just across the yard at Harvard Memorial Church and there was not a dry eye as Gordon slipped the ring on Sarah's finger, right next to the engagement ring which Sarah is the third generation in her family to wear. The evening carried on and we made our way back to Harvard Faculty Club for the reception, however, snuck away to steal a few post-ceremony portraits across the river at Harvard University School of Management, a place where Sarah and Gordon spent a lot of their time together. The remainder of the reception was electrified with good vibes and delicious drinks- a party so epic that it may have caused a dance-induced nap here or there.
