T
he Four Seasons Hotel in Boston is one of the most elegant and upscale wedding venues in the city, and was the perfect backdrop for Leah & Matt's spring wedding. Leah & her bridesmaids spent the morning in their suite getting their hair done by True Style and makeup done by Stephanie Ward. After a quick champagne toast in cozy matching PJ's, Leah's mom and sister shared a special moment as they helped her into her wedding gown, which was designed by Monique Lhuiller. I love the natural light in the suites at the Four Seasons, so once Leah was dressed we had a great time capturing a few solo portraits of her in front of the big picture window. Leah & Matt had their first look on the grand staircase while their closest friends and family watched from above and cheered them on. From here, we walked across the street to the Boston Public Garden to take wedding portraits with the spring flowers and were able to capture a great shot of people cheering them on as they stopped for a quick kiss on the bridge! After family and wedding party portraits we headed back to the hotel, where the couple had their ketubah signing surrounded by a select group of their closest friends and family. The cocktail hour was held in Aujourd'hui before guests moved in the grand ballroom for the reception. Marc Hall Atelier, who I can only describe as over the top (in the best way!) handled their florals and did an absolutely stunning job on the calla lily centerpieces. The reception started with Leah & Matt doing a beautifully choreographed first dance, followed by a wild hora! Once the formalities were over, their band Eye 2 Eye laid it down while their guests hit the dance floor. A huge thank you to Leah and Matt for including me in your special day, and to my friend and associate photographer Michaela Berry for all her help and hard work on this awesome wedding!
